Prior to joining ICG, Sridhar spent five years at ZAIS Group where he was Head of Global Corporate Investments and chaired the Corporate Investment Committee managing all corporate funds with combined assets under management in excess of $3bn. He was also responsible for European investments and established ZAIS Group’s London office.
Previously, Sridhar was Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where he held multiple roles including Co-Head of European Structured Credit and Global Head of Structured Syndicate and received the President’s Award and the Chairman’s Award in 2006. Prior to joining Lehman in 1998, he was an associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
Sridhar holds a JD from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
