- Responsible for providing independent oversight of, and challenge to, the Company’s executive management
He became Chair of the Audit Committee on 1 July 2022, having previously served as a member.
Matthew is Chairman of Kier Group plc and is a Senior Advisor to Federated Hermes EOS.
A senior finance leader with extensive public company experience, Matthew previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer of both Royal Mail plc and ICAP plc. He also previously served as a Non‐Executive Director of both Man Group plc and Barclays Bank plc.
