Esther joined ICG in 2018 as a Managing Director covering portfolio value creation and strategic diligence in the European Corporate team.
Prior to joining ICG, she spent over 10 years at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, TMT, Transportation and Financial Services sectors, with a focus on large scale transformations.
Esther also spent two years at Bain Capital in their European deal team.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as an MA in History from Freiburg University.
