Engagement and voice
Listening to our colleagues and creating ways to champion their ideas and enable debate is crucial to ensuring a variety of viewpoints are heard, and our decision‐making is robust.
We do this formally and informally through surveys, roundtables, junior‐to‐senior mentoring – as well as practising a culture in which speaking up and challenging the status quo is encouraged and expected. This enables us to innovate and to evolve.
Andrew Sykes is out designated Non-Executive Director for employee engagement. The Board of ICG regularly engages directly with our teams and the designated director conducts roundtables during the year to garner feedback on the firm and culture, gathering ideas and input. All of this ensures our colleagues have a strong voice and it helps inform the Board’s strategic decision-making.
