Global Pregnancy Loss policy
This policy applies to all permanent and fixed-term employees who are experiencing pregnancy loss, regardless of gender or gender identity, and including those affected by the pregnancy loss of their partner or surrogate. Employees experiencing pregnancy loss in the first 24 months of pregnancy are entitled to three weeks’ bereavement leave. Pregnancy loss after the first 24 weeks of pregnancy entitles employees to the parental leave outlined in our global parental leave policies.
