Priya joined ICG's legal team in 2018 and moved into her current role within ICG Real Estate in June 2022.
As COO, Priya has leadership responsibility across multiple operational and strategic initiatives within ICG Real Estate. She sits on several of investment and asset management committees.
Priya was a Senior Legal Counsel upon her arrival at ICG and was subsequently promoted to Head of Group Legal.
She has 15 years of experience as a Corporate, M&A and Private Equity lawyer, having trained at Slaughter and May before working at Travers Smith, Cleary Gottlieb and being seconded to private equity firm, TPG.
Priya is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and a graduate of Oxford University.
