North American Private Debt
ICG provides private debt capital solutions for both private equity-sponsored and independent corporate borrowers in North America.
The North American Private Debt strategy typically invests in businesses with $25 million to $250 million of EBITDA. Investment sizes range from $50 million to $1 billion.
The portfolio consists of a range of debt securities including senior secured debt, unitranche debt, second lien debt and subordinated notes. In addition, the strategy invests in more junior securities including holding company debt and preferred equity.
The North American Private Debt Team is comprised of experienced investment professionals with over two decades of private debt investing experience. With this strategy, the team seeks to build on its track record of creating attractive credit portfolios delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns.
The investment platform is designed to provide flexible financing solutions that meet the specific needs of individual borrowers.
