Adam joined from the Baupost Group where he co-headed the European real estate business. Beforehand he led the C$2bn European real estate business of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (“AIMCo”), one of the largest institutional investors in the world. Prior to AIMCo, Adam held senior real estate roles at the Lewis Trust Group and Citi Property Investors. He started his career at JPMorgan in London in mergers and acquisitions.
Adam brings 18 years of pan-European real estate investment experience across asset classes and levels of the capital structure with a value-add, special situations and opportunistic focus. During his career, he has also overseen over 4M sqft of commercial and residential development projects across Europe.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, major in Finance from McGill University, Canada.
