ICG, the global alternative asset manager, today announced the appointment of Damon Fletcher as Managing Director within its Asia-Pacific Credit Fund Management (“CFM”) business. Based in Sydney, Damon joins ICG’s Australian Senior Debt team, headed by Matthew Turner, with a focus on deal origination and portfolio management.
Damon joins ICG with over 20 years’ investment experience, most recently at Siemens as Executive Director, responsible for the firm’s leveraged loan portfolio spanning Australia and New Zealand. From 2011 to 2018, he worked at Credit Industriel et Commercial, latterly as a Director overseeing the execution of Australian and New Zealand corporate and leverage loan strategies. Damon also held prior positions at National Australia Bank and Investec Bank, in leverage and acquisition finance.
