ICG, the global alternative asset manager, today announced the appointment of Lauren Korosec as a Principal based in Toronto, to strengthen our partnership with clients in Canada.
Lauren joins ICG from BlackRock, where she spent nearly seven years and held a number of positions, most recently that of Vice President covering Canadian clients. In this role she was responsible for initiating new business relationships and delivering investment solutions to institutional clients, including public pensions, corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Prior to BlackRock, Lauren worked at Ipsos Reid as a Senior Research Manager providing relationship management and survey-based data analysis to a client base including Federal and Provincial government entities, non-profit organizations, and health-care focused service providers.
This appointment continues the build-out of client coverage in the Americas, both on the institutional and private wealth management side. Lauren is the sixth new hire in ICG’s North American Marketing and Client Relations team this financial year, with several further additions planned in the near future.
