Intermediate Capital Group has today been named as a signatory to HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, joining 271 other British companies that have pledged to increase the number of women in senior management roles.
The official announcement is available on the gov.uk website.
Under the Charter, we have committed to have 30% of management roles filled by women by 2023, in line with the commitments made by other companies.
We have agreed a broad range of measures to ensure we are able to meet this commitment, including unconscious bias training, maximising diversity on our interview panels and training courses to create greater awareness and consideration of diversity and inclusiveness in how we manage our talent. Our broader strategy to embed diversity and inclusion into the culture of ICG will be driven by the newly-formed Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee.
